Nominations
According to Article 3.5 of the General Regulations, nominations must be submitted in writing using a form previously approved by the Board of Directors; this form is distributed to its members in November.
Nominations must be submitted to the Secretary of the Society or the Election Chair.
The nomination period begins on November 15; all nominations must be received by the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Only active members in good standing may submit nominations; each candidate must be seconded by at least two (2) active members in good standing from the territorial jurisdiction in which they are running.
